Just visited the local market with my sister in Cedar. Awesome bread. Love the black olive bread. Get there early though – he runs out quickly. No sign on his local bread stall but I think the guy’s business name is Flour, Water and Salt or something along that line. When someone asked him if he milled his own flour, he replied “ It took me seven years to learn how to make bread properly…..” I think that says it all…
