Shanghai River

April 23rd, 2009 · No Comments

Shanghai River is one of the nicer-looking Shanghainese dim sum places in Richmond with new modern decor. You can tell the food is good because the restaurant is crowded and people are waiting even at the tail end of dim sum/lunch service. Services is good and we didn’t feel rushed. The popular dishes include the following: dumplings, green onion pancake, turnip pastry, vegetable and bean curd roll and black cod. That being said, most of the other dishes looked tasty. Reservations are recommended particularly if you have a large group.
