If you are in the Beaches and looking for a place to grab some regular diner food in a kid-friendly restaurant then this would not be a bad place. My friends who live in the neighbourhood like to go here because they have a kids’ menu (with crayons to boot) and they never have to wait in line. There is a lso a small patio out front where their kid can occupy himself by watching all the cars go by. In addition, the park is right next door.

I don’t have much to say about the food. It’s regular diner food done the regular diner way (very average and unexciting). Luckily, it is not terribly expensive. The special was something like $7.95 and it was a large asparagus and goat cheese omelette that came with a reasonably large side salad and toast.
