Cook&Taste Cooking Class – Barcelona

Cook & Taste cooking class - Barcelona

This class was a great way to learn how to cook some traditional Spanish dishes while gaining a greater appreciation for their food. Our teacher used to be a chef at a high-end restaurant but wanted to take a break and try something new and she is great at it.

Although casual, she skillfully took us through recipes including the spanish potato pancake, paella and catalan cream. Everyone gets a chance to cook and wine flows freely. It is also a great opportunity to pick the brain of a local chef to answer any of those burning questions you had about spanish food or simply find out where to eat. The 60 Euros is a great deal for the class, dinner and wine/water. One of my most enjoyable food experiences in Barcelona. Book early as the classes fill up fast.
